As our Healthcare Scheduler youll play a critical role in our daily operations by:

• Coordinating caregiver schedules to ensure every client receives uninterrupted care.
• Matching caregivers with clients based on skills availability location and care needs.
• Managing call-offs last-minute schedule changes and emergency staffing.
• Communicating professionally with caregivers clients and family members regarding scheduling updates.
• Monitoring daily schedules to ensure all shifts are filled and visits are completed.
• Maintaining accurate scheduling records documentation and timekeeping.
• Working closely with office staff to resolve scheduling challenges and improve staffing efficiency.
• Building positive relationships with caregivers while supporting client satisfaction.
• Participating in an on-call rotation as needed.

Healthcare experience is required. Candidates without prior healthcare scheduling experience will not be considered.

The ideal candidate has:

• At least with scheduling experience in home care home health hospice assisted living skilled nursing or another healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to think quickly solve problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Experience using scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
• A positive attitude professionalism and a team-first mindset.
• The ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative office environment.
