• Prepare handcrafted cocktails premium spirits beer and wine with consistency and attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality to every guest.
• Create an engaging and welcoming bar experience.
• Recommend wines cocktails and pairings with confidence.
• Maintain expert knowledge of our beverage menus and seasonal offerings.
• Work closely with the culinary team to support the guest dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with all ABC laws and responsible alcohol service.
• Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked bar.
• Assist in training and mentoring new bartenders.
• Support restaurant leadership during busy service periods.
• Help create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return.

• Minimum of 2 years of upscale or fine dining bartending experience required.
• Strong knowledge of craft cocktails spirits wine and beer.
• Wine knowledge or wine certification is a plus.
• Luxury hotel resort country club winery or fine dining experience preferred.
• Exceptional guest service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
