Job Summary
Sylvan Learning is looking for a highly organized dependable and people-oriented professional to join our leadership support team as a full-time Lead Admin / Assistant Director.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with families managing day-to-day operations staying organized in a fast-paced environment and being part of a team that helps students succeed.
This is not just a front desk position this role plays an important part in supporting center operations communication scheduling and the overall student and family experience.
- Manage student and staff scheduling
- Support daily center operations and front desk activities
- Communicate with parents regarding attendance scheduling and student support
- Assist with inquiries and customer service
- Help coordinate instructional flow and classroom readiness
- Maintain organization of student records and systems
- Support center leadership with administrative and operational tasks
- Help create a positive welcoming environment for students and families
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Professional dependable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Education childcare tutoring office administration or customer service experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Full-time position
- Primarily MondayFriday schedule with some Saturdays as needed

Starting at $16/hour based on experience and qualifications.
