What Youll Do
- Operate advanced CNC laser systems used for precision 3D laser cutting and automated robotic laser welding
- Load position and secure materials and components into laser equipment and precision welding fixtures
- Select approved production programs and verify the correct materials tooling fixtures and documentation
- Monitor automated manufacturing cycles for machine performance and product quality
- Follow standardized work instructions while meeting production quality and scheduling expectations
- Cross-train across multiple laser technologies and production cells as your skills develop
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of manufacturing fabrication machining CNC laser processing metal fabrication automated production or related industrial experience preferred
- CNC 3D laser cutting robotic welding CNC fabrication or other advanced manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn advanced manufacturing technology
- Ability to read basic blueprints engineering drawings work instructions and production documentation
- Ability to use tape measures calipers gauges and other precision inspection tools
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to recognize quality concerns and communicate effectively with production and support teams
- Exposure to ISO 9001 IATF 16949 APQP PPAP or Lean Manufacturing is a plus
