They ensure equipment runs smoothly perform routine maintenance follow safety protocols and check product quality to meet production Responsibilities:Adheres to company safety policies and programs such as Personal ProtectiveEquipment Incident/Injury Reporting Hazard Communication and and interprets to locate jobs set up programs in Laser that goals and expectations are met and product is being developed on and acquire needed materials for jobs. Ensures equipment is in optimum working order and brings issues to team leaders attention when aware of machine of jobs through TruTops and moving jobs in to use calipers and other measuring understanding of differences in sheet Certification (on-site training).Ability to lift 50 lbs and sometimes perform team lifts of up to 75 confidentiality of customer information 100% of the a neat and organized work station for safety and efficiency 100% of the timeForms strong working relationships within team and treats each other with and collaborates with team basic troubleshooting machine errors spot checks of productsto ensure adherence to approved documentation and paperwork to include accurate counts of supervisor of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions help train new employees as other related duties as Requirements:Knowledge/Education:High school diploma or equivalent. Experience:1-3 years Laser Operator experience in medical device or regulated oriented with an ability to solve written and verbal communication to read and interpret blueprints to determine set-up and operations
