Large Format Digital Print Operator

• The large format press operator is responsible for safely setting up operating
  monitoring troubleshooting and maintaining the large format presses and finishing equipment to produce high-quality printed products that meet customer specifications while adhering to company safety and quality standards.
• Duties may include 
  • RIP files or review job instructions to prepare jobs for printing.
  • Maintain daily print job production logs and daily delivery manifests.
  • Setup program and release jobs from print queue.
  • May adjust image position folds cutting etc.
  • Monitor quality of job output for correctness and image quality.
  • Order supplies such as ink chemical solutions paper and other items as needed.

Qualifications :

• Operate set up and adjust the large format digital press for a variety of print jobs and substrates.
• Operate set up and adjust the flatbed digital cutter.
• Monitor print quality throughout production and make adjustments as needed to meet
• customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot equipment print quality and production issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the press and related equipment.
• Read and interpret job tickets layouts and production specifications.
• Ensure accurate front-to-back registration on two-sided printing jobs.
• Verify correct paper stocks substrates and materials prior to production.
• Monitor machine status error messages and consumable levels.
• Complete required production maintenance inventory and quality documentation.
• Follow production schedules and coordinate with leadership and maintenance
• personnel as needed.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
• Comply with all company safety policies quality standards and operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Information :

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $46458 - $48018 annually. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon but not limited to education skills experience proficient performance shift and addition to the base salary depending on the role the total compensation package may also include a sign-on bonus overtime shift differential call-in and stand-by pay.
