Job Summary

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Landscape Construction Foreman based in Half Moon Bay CA. The Foreman will oversee and manage landscape construction projects ensuring high-quality results and adherence to timelines. Responsibilities include supervising team members coordinating project schedules managing equipment usage and maintaining safety standards on-site. Additionally the Foreman will collaborate with clients contractors and team members to execute designs and resolve challenges.

Qualifications

Knowledge of

Carpentry and Civil Engineering for landscape construction projects
Experience operating and managing Heavy Equipment
Strong Quality Control capabilities to ensure precision and adherence to project standards
Excellent Communication skills for team leadership client interaction and project coordination
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and ensure on-time completion
Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and practices
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or experience are highly desirable
