Position Summary

Crescent Constructors Inc. is seeking Laborers to support the construction of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Laborers perform a variety of tasks involving physical labor including site preparation material handling and assisting skilled craft workers as needed. This role provides hands-on experience in heavy civil construction while contributing to critical community infrastructure and maintaining a strong focus on safety.

What Youll Do

• Perform tasks involving physical labor on active construction projects
• Load and unload materials tools and equipment
• Assist with jobsite setup and control measures
• Operate basic hand and power tools as required
• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate potential hazards
• Work in varying weather conditions including heat cold rain and wind
• Follow all company safety policies procedures and guidelines
• Lift push and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Perform other labor-related duties as instructed by the supervisor

What Were Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year of laborer experience in water and wastewater infrastructure or a related construction industry
• General construction labor skills
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Experience operating additional equipment or instruments is a plus
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job including prolonged standing reaching bending pushing pulling lifting carrying and climbing
• Ability to lift push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to take direction from supervisors and remain task-oriented
• Commitment to following all company and general safety rules policies and guidelines
