Laboratory Technician

Pay is $18- $22/hour 7 on days 3 off 7 on nights 4 off repeat Weekly pay every Friday Overtime available At $22/hr and 50 hrs/week earn weekly paychecks of $1210 gross.

Position Overview

FieldBridge is hiring a Laboratory Technician to support Production & Stimulation Delivery (PSD) services in Strasburg this role youll perform laboratory testing prepare technical documentation and assist with additive selection and fluid design to ensure safe high-quality service delivery. Youll collaborate with engineering teams product centers and client support labs to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance tests and prepare laboratory reports prior to wellsite service delivery
• Support additive selection and fluid design for customer jobs
• Maintain calibrate and clean laboratory equipment; ensure proper waste disposal
• Conduct risk assessments before each task to identify and mitigate safety or quality concerns
• Assist Design/Technical Engineers and Product Champions with technical support as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 12 years of laboratory or technical work experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
