The Laboratory Support Services Manageris responsible forestablishingand leading S&R inventory management and Equipment Services to support manufacturing activities. This role ensuresefficient operation of laboratory and facility infrastructure while enabling organizational growth operational excellence and regulatory compliance.The Support Services Manager will also serve as a coordinator forother support functionsmanaged bycrossfunctionalpartners and vendors.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Establish and leadS&R inventory managementand Equipment Servicesfunctions within manufacturing operations.
Coordinate facilityequipmentinstallation /maintenanceEHS and waste management activities withcross-functional partnersand external vendors.
Support site readiness for ISO9001/13485 certification.
Other duties as assigned.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Facilities Management Life SciencesSupply ChainManagementorrelated discipline.
5 years of experience in laboratory operations or relatedenvironments or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 yearsdirect people management.
Experiencemanaging S&R/ inventoryprocedures.
Experiencemanaging laboratoryequipment service contracts vendors and PMprograms.
Travel Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to work in a laboratory/manufacturing environment including standing for extended periods.
Ability to lift move or carry equipment up to50lb.
It would be a plus if you alsopossess:
Hands on experience using SAP
Experienceoperatingin regulated environments

Theannualsalary range for this roleis$105000 - $120000.This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range ofpossible compensationfor this role at the time of this posting. This range may bemodifiedin the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
We offercomprehensivepackage of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
