LABOR RELATIONS SPECIALIST/SENIOR ANALYST Vice President for Human Resources to support administration of collective bargaining agreements and management of our unionized workforce. This role combines analytical expertise with hands-on employee relations responsibilities requiring strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of labor relations and contract interpretation; advise managers on contract compliance union personnel supervision and labor-related issues; conduct grievance hearings workplace investigations and conflict resolution; draft decisions and labor relations documentation; prepare statistical analyses and costing models for negotiations and arbitrations; maintain wage data benefits utilization union membership records and grievance statistics; participate in labor-management meetings negotiations and arbitrations; develop and deliver training programs on contract compliance and union environment management; and support strategic HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Labor Relations or related discipline; a minimum of five years of experience in labor relations HR analytics or advising in a unionized environment; demonstrated proficiency with HRIS systems Excel SAP FileMaker and reporting tools; excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to interact constructively with employees at all levels and union representatives; and strong organizational and record-management skills. PREFERRED: Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish); SHRM-CP or related HR certification; experience conducting workplace investigations; ability to obtain government clearance and availability for intermittent second or third shift coverage.
