As a Core Lab Supervisor you will oversee daily Core Lab operations drive quality and operational excellence mentor and develop laboratory staff and ensure compliance with regulatory and patient safety standards. You will champion innovation optimize workflows and make a meaningful impact on both team performance and patient addition you will serve as a coach and mentor fostering a culture of accountability engagement collaboration and continuous learning.

Education

• Bachelors Degree in Microbiology or Medical Technology required

Licenses and Certifications

• CLS - State of California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License required
