KohlersLeadership Development Programs are designed to accelerate the development offuture leaders through structured cross-functional rotational experiences thatdrive meaningful business impact. Participants join as full-time associatesgaining broad exposure across the organization while being supported throughintentional development mentorship and a strong cohort experience.

Program Overview

The Human ResourcesLeadership Development Program (HRLDP) is designed to develop the nextgeneration of HR leaders through immersive experiences strategic projects andmeaningful business partnerships. This two-year rotational program providesrecent graduates with the opportunity to build expertise across key HumanResources functions while gaining a deep understanding of how talent cultureand organizational effectiveness drive business success. Through a series ofrotational assignments participants will partner with leaders across theorganization contribute to high-impact initiatives and tackle real-worldbusiness challenges that influence the employee experience and strengthenorganizational performance. Supported by mentorship from experienced HRprofessionals leadership exposure and ongoing professional developmentopportunities participants will develop the skills business acumen andstrategic mindset needed to accelerate their careers and make a lasting impactat Kohler.

Program Structure & Experiences

KohlersLeadership Development Programs are designed as two-year full-time rotationalexperiences that provide broad exposure to the business while acceleratingleadership readiness. Participants complete 34 cross-functional rotationseach lasting 68 months where they contribute to impactful work aligned tobusiness priorities.

Beyondon-the-job experience participants engage in a structured enterprise-widedevelopment journey that includes:

• 
  A week-long immersive onboarding experience with their cross-functional cohort
• Intentional semi-annual seminars and quarterly learning sessions throughout the program
• Exposure to senior leaders and key stakeholders across the organization
• Ongoing mentorship coaching and performance feedback
• Opportunities to build community through a cohort-based experience and networking events
  

Theprogram culminates in a formal graduation experience positioning participantsfor strategic placement into full-time roles aligned to their strengthsinterests and business priorities.

Skills/Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Must have obtained a bachelors degree from an accredited institution with a major in Business Human Resources or related field no later than June 2027
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The salary range for this position is $56600 - $84900. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience their education and the work location. Available benefits include medical dental vision & 401k.
