SUMMARY

The Kitchen Sanitation Agent is responsible for maintaining cleanliness sanitation and organization within the flight kitchen to support safe and efficient catering operations. This role ensures all dishes utensils and catering equipment are properly cleaned sanitized and prepared for operational use in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment. The Kitchen Sanitation Agent plays a critical role in upholding food safety standards regulatory compliance and overall operational readiness.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean sanitize and maintain dishes utensils and catering equipment in accordance with company and regulatory standards
• Sort and organize equipment and materials based on operational and production requirements
• Ensure all equipment is properly handled stored and available for use
• Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment at all times
• Follow all company policies safety procedures and sanitation standards
• Utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with safety guidelines
• Work efficiently in a high-volume time-sensitive environment
• Adapt to changing priorities and operational needs throughout the shift
• Support overall kitchen operations to ensure readiness of catering equipment and materials
• Perform any additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
• Communicate effectively in English (reading writing speaking)
• Ability to lift carry push and pull 50 pounds
• Ability to stand walk bend and remain active for extended periods (8 hours)
• Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures including hot cold and refrigerated areas
• Ability to work in a physically demanding fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow safety procedures and use required PPE
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen including TSA and Customs requirements
• Ability to work varying schedules including nights weekends and holidays
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
