Compensation

• Salary: $60000$70000 annually
• Bonus Eligible: Quarterly performance bonus
• Compensation may include geographic differential

Here you will lead a restaurant that has been recognized for its expansive menu and high sales per square foot. You will mentor and direct a culinary team that creates made from scratch dishes from a menu of over 250 items.

Using industry-leading systems and standards you will lead consistent execution of recipes cooking methods and plate presentation while creating an exceptional guest experience building an engaged and high-performing team and driving operational excellence efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary restaurant operations in a high sales full service environment
• Manage coach and develop teams of 30 employees
• Inspire and coach high standards through scratch kitchen execution and culinary excellence
• Monitor and drive financial performance including labor management recipe adherence portion control and waste management
• Hire train retain and develop team members to become future culinary leaders
• Ensure compliance with food safety sanitation and operational standards
• Maintain our positive inclusive and award winning high performance culture
• Communicate effectively with team members guests and team leadership
• Uphold brand standards and deliver memorable guest experiences

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of culinary management experience in a high volume full service scratch kitchen experience preferred
• Experience supervising 30 team members per workgroup
• Strong leadership coaching and communication skills
• Demonstrated financial acumen (profitability cost of goods labor management)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read write and communicate in English
• Preferred: ServSafe certification and applicable state/local licenses

Physical & Schedule Requirements

• Able to grasp reach overhead push lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand 10 hours per shift
• Ability to work 5060 hours per week
