This opportunity is ideal for a Sous Chef Kitchen Supervisor Kitchen Lead or Assistant Kitchen Manager who is ready to grow into a Kitchen Manager role.

Rather than being assigned to a single restaurant youll have the opportunity to gain experience across multiple locations within the restaurant group. As you grow you may also have the chance to contribute to new restaurant openings and take on greater leadership responsibilities as the company continues to expand.

Compensation

• Annual Salary: $62000$75000
• Compensation is based on experience and qualifications

What Youll Do

• Lead and motivate the Back-of-House team
• Maintain high food quality and consistency
• Coach and develop kitchen staff
• Manage inventory and food costs
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards
• Support scheduling and daily kitchen operations
• Foster a positive team-oriented culture

Were Looking For Someone Who

• Has leadership experience in a restaurant kitchen
• Is ready to step into a Kitchen Manager role
• Leads by example and enjoys mentoring others
• Can thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Understands food safety inventory and kitchen operations
• Is available to work evenings weekends and holidays

Management experience is preferred but not required. Strong candidates with leadership experience as a Sous Chef Kitchen Supervisor or Kitchen Lead are encouraged to apply.
