Kitchen Suppression & Fire Extinguisher Technicians will inspect install troubleshoot service and repair a variety of kitchen fire suppression systems emergency lighting systems perform hydrostatic testing of low-pressure cylinders fire extinguisher repairs and filling; complete documentation of work performed using a tablet; and other related duties as required.
KITCHEN FIRE SUPPRESSION & FIRE EXTINGUISHER TECHNICIAN JOB REQUIREMENTS:
South California Suppression and Extinguisher licence
At least two (2) years of experience installing servicing and maintenance experience with a variety of kitchen fire suppression systems (i.e. ANSUL Pyro Chem RangeGuard Kidde and Piranha) and fire extinguishers
Knowledgeable NFPA 10 NFPA 17-17A UL 300 and local fire codes
Valid drivers license with a clean MVR
Able to pass pre-employment background checks (i.e. Criminal Driving Drug)
SHIFT: Days 7:00 am 3:00 pm (Monday Friday). Rotating on-call. OT after 40 hours.
