This recruitment will be used to fill four part-time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) student positions for the KidSpirit Youth Program Admin at Oregon State University (OSU).

POSITION DUTIES:

• Assist with the creation editing updating and maintenance of program projects and reports; maintain a variety of schedules.

• Attending orientations meetings and in-service training.

• Completing and submitting appropriate documents as needed (incident/accident reports monthly timesheets lesson plans etc.)

• Using information technology to assist with maintaining systems or database security.

• Double checking attendance and entering it into the information system double checking all processes are being done in WRIKE monitoring emails radios and answering phones.

• Perform data entry functions which may include personal information.

• Processing financial transactions (cash check and credit card payments) and making cash deposits.

• Maintain equipment and supplies inventory.

• Administer first aid and activate emergency action steps if medical attention is required. May care for sick/injured students including handling medications.

• Follow emergency action procedures and documentation tasks (phone radio in person).

*International students may be allowed to carry fewer hours than specified above and still be considered full-time by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). A reduced course load is approved by theOffice of International Services(OIS) and must be provided to the Student Employment Center.
