Available Programs
A. After School Program (SeptemberSchool Year)
(Soccer Tennis/Pickleball Volleyball Basketball PE/Fitness Yoga and Dance)
- Pay: $50$65 per session
- Schedule: MondayFriday between 1:00 PM5:00 PM
- Part-time: Typically 24 hours per week
- Coaches usually teach one class per day (about 1 hour) with possible 30-minute pre-care
B. Saturday Tennis Clinics
- Pay: $18$24 per hour
- Schedule: Saturdays
- Back-to-back sessions available
- Available to coaches who demonstrate strong tennis and coaching skills
About the Role
We are looking for reliable energetic and positive Coaches to teach beginner-level programs for children ages 510 (Grades K5) at schools throughout the Bay Area.
All lesson plans and equipment are provided. Our goal is to create a fun active and supportive learning environment for young players.
Responsibilities
- Teach classes using company lesson plans
- Manage groups of 816 students
- Create a safe and positive learning environment
- Attend a 2-day unpaid training/shadowing session (23 hours per session)
- Take attendance and manage student sign-in/out
- Communicate professionally with parents and school staff
- Take a few class photos for program documentation
Requirements
- At least 19 years old
- Playing or coaching experience preferred but not required
- USPTA/PTR certification is a plus
- Enjoy working with children
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Must have a valid drivers license and personal vehicle
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must complete a TB test and Live Scan background check before employment
- Must provide a photo and short biography for the company website
- Must currently live in the Bay Area and be available for in-person work
