Job Summary
As a Kiddos Kitchen Crew Member youll play an essential role in keeping families fueled and happy during their visit. From preparing food with accuracy and speed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety youll help make the Kiddos experience delicious smooth and stress-free. This is a fast-paced team-driven role where weekends and birthday parties bring lots of excitement and energy!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items quickly accurately and consistently according to recipes and portion guidelines
• Complete food prep tasks to ensure the kitchen is ready for busy shifts and special events
• Maintain Kiddos high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe and kitchen
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures including proper handling labeling and storage
• Operate and care for kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
• Assist with inventory tracking restocking and minimizing waste
• Work collaboratively with other team members to keep service running smoothly
• Support birthday party food service and kitchen operations during high-volume times

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or cafe experience is a plus but not required (well train the right candidate)
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in food quality
• Strong attention to detail cleanliness and food safety
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment especially on weekends
• Reliable punctual and team-oriented
• Able to stand move and lift moderate weight during shifts
