As our next Key Account Manager youll be at the forefront of developing strategic customer relationships and driving business growth within the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industries. Your expertise in sales business development customer relationship management and strategic account growth will be critical in expanding market presence securing profitable business and ensuring Johnson MedTech remains the partner of choice for key customers.

Conduct market research and develop strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets
Identify qualify and convert new business opportunities and targeted accounts
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers engineering teams and quality organizations at customer sites
Execute proactive prospecting activities including cold outreach to target customers
Collaborate with Engineering Quality and Marketing teams to support customer requirements and product development
Prepare and deliver compelling customer presentations business proposals and commercial solutions
Negotiate contracts pricing agreements and commercial terms to achieve profitable growth
Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales objectives
Gather customer and market insights to support product strategy and business planning
Monitor competitor activity market trends and industry developments
Manage customer forecasting and account data to support planning and decision-making
Support and expand existing business within the surgical and medical device market segments
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Marketing Life Sciences or a related field
35 years of experience in sales business development engineering quality or project management
Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business opportunities
Proven experience building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Strong communication presentation negotiation and relationship-management skills
Strategic thinking and commercial business acumen
Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship
Experience within the medical device pharmaceutical or bioscience industries
Background supporting product development qualification or customized product specifications
Aptitude for technology and motion systems applications
Experience using CRM platforms and sales management tools
Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to evaluate business opportunities and risk
