Solenis is seeking a driven and experienced Key Account Manager to oversee a large paper account in Minnesota. This role is ideal for a technical sales professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships delivering value-added solutions and driving business growth in industrial water treatment.
What Youll Do
Maintain regular communication with sales management to keep stakeholders informed on account activity
Complete weekly reporting and manage inventory to ensure visibility and accountability
Perform on-site testing to verify safety and effectiveness of treatment programs
Proactively address customer issues collaborating with sales and customer teams to implement corrective actions
Analyze data to evaluate program performance and drive continuous improvement decisions
Partner with plant/process owners to lead and implement ongoing process improvements in a manufacturing environment
What Youll Bring
Bachelors degree in a science engineering or other technical discipline. Equivalent experience may be considered including 10 years of relevant manufacturing or equipment experience.
Ideal candidate would have documented sales success in the paper industry along with strong background in pulp and paper industry.
Ability to solve complex and non-routine technical problems.
Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of industrial processes and customer operations or the ability to quickly learn industry-specific applications and technologies.
Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Valid drivers license with a satisfactory driving record.
Must reside within approximately 45 minutes of International Falls MN
Experience with laboratory testing pumps pipefitting and electrical systems preferred.
Willingness to participate in an on-call weekend rotation

The expected compensation range for this position is between $80730.00 and $118404.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills experience and other factors permitted by law.Required Experience:
