What You Will Achieve
The Pfizer Global Supply Rotational Development Program is an entry-level two-year rotational role designed to provide early talent an accelerated training in the Pharmaceutical industry. The program offers real world hands-on experience in important roles and projects to the company while promoting personal and professional growth for the participants.
How You Will Achieve It
- Be responsible to deliver on key goals and objectives for the company and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Have the opportunity to gain experience in multiple disciplines that may include Engineering Manufacturing Quality Operational Excellence Technical Operations Supply Chain Validation and others.
- Rotate through three to four challenging demanding and diverse assignments within each area targeted to provide career growth and experience.
- Be assigned to high level site strategic projects that drive value to the business and our patients.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Chemical Mechanical Industrial Biomedical Engineering Regulatory Sciences) or Life Sciences (Chemistry Biochemistry Microbiology) preferred
- Strong academic performance (minimum 3.0 GPA preferred)
- Strong team skills with demonstrated leadership ability
- Passion for learning and pursuing a career in the health care industry
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven track record of teamwork adaptability innovation and initiative
Requirements
Must have successfully completed a Pfizer Futures Internship
WORK AUTHORIZATION
Must be immediately authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent or indefinitely renewable duration without Pfizers sponsorship.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Office and plant environment able to enter and navigate cleanroom type environments in manufacturing facilities
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Schedule is primarily Monday Friday day shift
This is a production support role in a 24/7 plant. Some non-standard work may be required to maintain production schedule.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $60200.00 to $100400.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
