Junk and Route Sales Associate

Pay & Earning Potential:
- Earn up to $22-24 per hour(inclusive of $12/ hr base pay profit share tips)
- We offer Full Time (4 shifts/week)
- Uncapped performance incentives the more you fill the truck the more you earn
- Various shifts are available as we operate 7 days a week - everyone works 1 weekend day each week
This isnt a flat hourly job its a role where top performers consistently earn more!

What Youll Be Doing:
- Customer Service: Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Teamwork: Drive to local residences and businesses with your truck team to remove unwanted items.
- Physical Activity: Lift and remove items (ability to repeatedly lift and carry more than 50 lbs all through the day).
- Positive Energy: Bring your strong work ethic and positive attitude to every job.
Youll build skills insales negotiation leadership and operations all transferable to long-term career growth.
