Junior Virtual Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Virtual Receptionist. This is a full-time remote position. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Manage and distribute incoming emails and faxes

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members

- Assist with data entry and record keeping

- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective communication and workflow

- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while providing exceptional customer service

- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable internet connection and home office setup

- Must be available to work during regular business hours in the Eastern Time Zone
