This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in 6 countries including United States United Kingdom Canada Australia Ireland New Zealand.

Pay: $150$200/hr

About the Role the company is partnering with a leading AI lab to hire junior software engineers from top companies. Youll evaluate AI-generated code create challenging engineering problems and help push model performance on real-world software tasks.

Scope of Work

1. Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness quality and design
2. Write challenging coding problems reference solutions and test cases
3. Review model reasoning on architecture debugging and system design
4. Provide detailed technical feedback to improve model performance

Preferred Qualifications

1. At least one year of experience as a software engineer at a top technology company with at least part of this experience within the past 3 years
2. Based in an English-speaking country
3. Ability to explain technical decisions clearly in writing
