Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our team in developing cutting-edge geospatial analysis ETL (Extract Transform Load) and visualization solutions leveraging ArcGIS Enterprise. As a Software Engineer you will play a crucial role in designing implementing and maintaining scalable and performant geospatial services that integrate with ArcGIS Enterprise and associated databases. Your work will contribute to enhancing the capabilities of our geospatial data processing and visualization tools enabling better decision-making for mission-critical applications. You will be responsible for:

• Designing developing andmaintaininghigh-performance geospatial services with a strong emphasis on ArcGIS Enterprise functionality.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust and scalable geospatial software solutions.

• Leading the technical design and implementation of ArcGIS Enterprise features ensuring alignment with overall architecture and missionobjectives.

• Working closely with product managers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technicalexpertiseduring the planning and execution of geospatial projects.

• Conducting code reviews and mentoring team members to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices in ArcGIS Enterprise development.

Required Qualifications:

• TS/SCI with Polygraph

• Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science Software Engineering ora (4) years ofadditionalexperience may besubstitutedfor a bachelors lieu of technical degree 4years experiencein programs and contracts of similar scope type andcomplexitywill be accepted.

• Experience withprogramming/scriptinglanguages suchas C C SQL Java Python or C#.

• Experience with cloud-based development and deployment

• Experience working with a source version control system such as Git

• Solid understanding of database design and optimization for geospatial data.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring development teams.

This range reflects the typical pay for the role and is one part of the companys comprehensive compensation package.
