Who will I be working withYou will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and training analysts.

What level Clearance do I needYou must possess anactive Secret clearance.

What will I be doingUsing your expertise in program/project management you will be assisting a higher-level program manager in directing the training project lifecycle by assisting in development of comprehensive project plans to include both long- and short-range goals and milestonessupporting USAF readiness and future operations training.In addition you will:

• Identify acquire and utilize resources to achieve project technical objectives
• Direct a project team monitoring and encouraging functional organizations to complete milestones within specific budgets and schedules
• May on occasion interface with external customers as well as top management for the purpose of communicating status of project throughout lifecycle
• May supervise direct reports
• Train and direct employee work activities
• Sign timecards prepare performance reviews handle discipline problems and provide input to hiring and firing as directed
• Other duties as assigned

What experience training and education do I need

You must meet theminimumrequirements:

• Active Secret clearance
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
  
• 5 years of experience as a Program Manager
  
• 5 years of USAF MAJCOM experience
• Working knowledge of concepts and doctrine of Air Force Readiness and pre-deployment training programs
