Junior Production Associate(Contract)

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Junior Production Associate (JPA) supports the Production Team through hands-on execution operational assistance and day-to-day production support across all phases of content production. This role exists to help Producers and Directors execute shoots efficiently by handling support tasks maintaining a clean and organized and assisting with production logistics.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with work scheduled on an as-needed basis. There is potential for the role to transition into a full-time position based on the evolving needs of the team.

WHAT YOULL OWN

Production Support

• Assist with errands pickups returns and supply runs
• Support Directors and production crew during shoots as directed
• Assist with maintaining production documents receipts and organizational materials
• Assist with pre-production on-set and wrap-related tasks
• Carry out assigned production support tasks quickly and accurately
• Other duties as assigned

On-Set Assistance

• Support day-to-day on-set operations during production
• Assist with setup teardown staging and production readiness
• Help maintain clean organized and safe production environments
• Assist crew members talent and leadership with operational needs during shoots
• Help ensure production areas remain stocked and functional throughout the day
