Were looking for a motivated Full Stack Engineer who enjoys working across the stack learning new technologies and contributing to a variety of projects.

What Youll Do

• Design develop test and maintain full-stack web applications using Java and React.

• Build and consume REST APIs and integrate with third-party systems.

• Collaborate with product managers designers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Participate in architecture discussions code reviews and agile ceremonies.

• Contribute to AI-enabled applications and workflows.

• Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing platform enhancements.

• Work across multiple projects and technologies as business needs evolve.

• Write clean maintainable and well-documented code.

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of professional software development experience.

• Strong experience with Java and modern backend frameworks (Spring Boot preferred).

• Strong experience with React JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.

• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL MySQL or SQL Server.

• Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD practices.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote and in-person team members.

• Must be located in Utah and able to come into the Sandy office occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/LLM technologies including OpenAI Microsoft Copilot Claude Gemini or similar platforms.

• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services.

• Knowledge of Docker Kubernetes and DevOps practices.
