Junior Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to support our team with data collection analysis reporting and business insights. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who enjoys working with data and wants to develop their skills in analytics reporting and business intelligence.

This is a full-time position offering $55000$70000 per year depending on experience technical skills education and qualifications. Candidates with strong Excel SQL data visualization and analytical skills may be considered toward the upper end of the compensation range.

The ideal candidate is curious organized comfortable working with numbers and able to turn data into clear and useful information for business stakeholders.

• Collect clean organize and validate data from multiple sources.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends patterns anomalies and opportunities.
• Create recurring and ad-hoc reports for management and internal teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations.
• Use SQL to retrieve and analyze information from databases.
• Use Excel or Google Sheets to perform calculations analysis and reporting.
• Assist with forecasting performance analysis and business reporting.
• Work with senior analysts and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Monitor data quality and identify inconsistencies or errors.
• Document analytical processes reports and data sources.
• Present findings in a clear and understandable manner.
• Support ongoing data and business-intelligence projects.
• Maintain confidentiality and security when handling company and customer data.

• Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Business Economics or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 02 years of experience in data analysis business intelligence reporting or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies and analytical techniques.

• Experience with Power BI Tableau Looker or another data-visualization platform.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R.
• Familiarity with databases and data warehouses.
• Experience with statistical analysis.
• Internship or academic project experience involving data analysis.
• Experience working with CRM marketing sales financial or operational data.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics tools.

The compensation for this position is $55000$70000 per year depending on experience technical capabilities education and qualifications.

Candidates with strong SQL skills advanced Excel capabilities dashboard experience or relevant internship/project experience may be considered toward the upper end of the range.
