Junior Data Analyst

111 Sign is looking for a motivated Remote Junior Data Analyst to help track organize and analyze data related to production sales and customer operations. This role supports better business decisions by turning raw order production and customer data into clear reports and insights ideal for someone early in their analytics career looking to grow within a fast-paced printing/signage business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect clean and organize data from order management production and sales systems
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards tracking KPIs such as order volume turnaround time material usage and revenue
• Identify trends and patterns in production efficiency customer orders and job costs
• Support pricing and quoting decisions with data-driven insights
• Assist in tracking inventory usage and forecasting material needs
• Prepare regular reports (daily weekly monthly) for management review
• Spot data entry errors or inconsistencies and coordinate corrections with relevant teams
• Support ad hoc data requests from operations sales or leadership
• Document data processes and maintain organized data files/spreadsheets
• Use basic statistical methods to support business insights (averages trends forecasting)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Data Analytics Statistics or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 01 years of experience in data analysis reporting or a related analytical role (internships count)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas pivot tables basic charts required)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Excel dashboards Google Data Studio Power BI or Tableau) a plus
• Basic understanding of databases or willingness to learn (SQL knowledge a plus not required)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical team members
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
