Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst for a contract position working onsite at our Austin Texas client.
Responsibilities include:
* Elicit and document requirements user stories and acceptance criteria
* Facilitate stakeholder meetings and capture decisions and action items
* Map current - and future - state processes
* Support design configuration and testing of Microsoft Power Platform solutions
* Use AI tools (Claude Microsoft Copilot) to draft documentation summarize meetings and analyze data
* Work with technical teams on AWS-hosted solutions
* Run UAT track defects and support sprint planning in an Agile environment
