We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic sales this entry-level position you will play a crucial role in supporting our account management efforts by building strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior account representatives with managing client accounts and addressing customer inquiries.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and fulfill orders promptly.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients under supervision.
- Track sales activities and update customer information in the CRM system accurately.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
