Junior Account Representative

Novra Corp is seeking a Junior Account Representative to assist with customer accounts and provide consistent support throughout the customer relationship. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who are organized detail-oriented and interested in developing account management skills.

• Assist with assigned customer accounts and service requests
• Respond to customer questions and provide account-related information
• Maintain accurate account records and documentation
• Follow up with customers regarding open requests and account needs
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns
• Assist with account updates and routine administrative activities
• Prepare basic account summaries and reports
• Maintain professional communication with customers
• Perform additional account-related duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused approach
• Previous customer service administrative or account experience is helpful but not required
