Job Summary
The Jr. Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for supporting partner onboarding account coordination and day-to-day communications under the guidance of a senior Account Manager or Lead.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Support partner onboarding and account management tasks under the direction of an senior Account Manager or Lead.
- Assist with partner communication basic issue follow-up and reporting.
- Manage smaller or low-complexity accounts with oversight.
- Learn IDIQ systems partner workflows and escalation paths.
- Maintain documentation track tasks and assist with ticket management.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings as a support resource.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Able to handle and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive consumer information in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.
- Must follow all company policies and procedures regarding data privacy/protection and data loss prevention.
- Regular and predictable attendance is required.
- Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year experience in customer service-facing positions or equivalent showing a clear trend of success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint etc.).
- Experience using a CRM system (preferably experience using Zoho CRM or an equivalent sales CRM application).
- First level technical support or general help desk assistance experience for an application where support consisted of answering application questions training clients on the use of application features and assessing problems for solutions.
- Strong independent work ethic with the ability to manage workload adhere to schedules and deliver consistent customer support.
Preferred Skill and Experience:
- Strong telephonic and electronic communication skills and etiquette.
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
- Established track record of reliability and good attendance.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information.
- Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information.
- Ability to multitask with a high volume of tasks.
- Operates with a high degree of independence identifying and pursuing priorities without being prompted while actively contributing innovative solutions and ideas that push the company forward.
Additional Information :
Position Details: This is a full-time hourly position (40 hours/week).
Pay: The pay range for this position is $24.00/hr to $30.00/hr. The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills qualifications and experience. Also certain position are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as commissions or bonuses.
