Jr. Business Analyst

Our team runs enterprise and regional data centers telecommunications spaces and secure network connections that host the systems Veterans depend on from claims processing and pharmacy fulfillment to appointment scheduling and benefits delivery. We provide full-lifecycle data center and cloud engineering 247365 operations and monitoring DCIM platform administration analytics and facility infrastructure reporting. Position Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned projects and tasks schedules resources actions risks deliverables status reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain program artifacts in SharePoint; support recurring status decks and deliverable QC.
• Track action items and open risks; drive updates and closures.
• Provide analytical support (data pulls reports dashboards) for program and technical leads.

Requirements

• Currently possess or be able to obtain VA Public Trust High Risk (BI High) / Tier 4 background investigation.
• Bachelors degree preferably in Business IT Analytics or a related field; 1 years of analyst or coordinator experience.
• Education substitutions (per Peraton Career & Compensation Framework): In lieu of a Bachelors degree 4 additional years of relevant experience is acceptable (Associates degree 2 additional years also accepted for equivalent professional levels).

Desired Skills Tools & Certifications

• Tools: MS Project SharePoint Power BI Excel ServiceNow JIRA / Confluence and Visio.
• Processes: ITIL v4 service management SAFe Agile / Scrum for iterative delivery NIST 800-53 / RMF ISO 27001 TIA-942 ASHRAE TC 9.9 VA CRISP alignment NFPA 70/70E and OSHA safety practices.
• Certifications (desirable): PMI-PBA IIBA CBAP/CCBA ITIL v4 Foundation SAFe Practitioner.
