Journeyman Electrician Project Manager

Rinvio is hiring a Journeyman Electrician Project Manager for a prevailing wage government office project in Winchester Virginia.

Pay: $60-$65/hour based on experience

Schedule: Full-time project work; schedule and overtime may vary by project needs

Type: Full-Time W-2

Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate electrical work on a commercial/government office project

- Work closely with field leadership crews subcontractors and site stakeholders to keep the project organized and moving safely

- Review drawings specifications schedules one-lines change information and project documentation

- Help plan manpower materials sequencing and daily/weekly field priorities

- Track progress identify issues early and communicate clearly with the appropriate project contacts

- Support quality control code-compliant installation safety expectations and professional jobsite standards

- Assist with RFIs punch lists closeout items and project documentation as needed

- Maintain a professional presence suitable for a government/public-sector project environment

Requirements:

- Journeyman-level electrical background with strong commercial project experience

- Prior electrical project management assistant project management foreman or superintendent-style experience preferred

- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings specs schedules and project documents

- Strong communication organization field coordination and problem-solving skills

- Comfortable supporting crews while also managing documentation priorities and project follow-through

- Knowledge of NEC standards safe work practices and quality installation expectations

- Government public-sector prevailing wage or structured commercial project experience is a plus

- Reliable transportation to the Winchester VA project area

- Must be dependable safety-minded and able to complete any site onboarding requirements

Full-time W-2 employment with Rinvio working on site with our client.
