SUMMARY:
- Design develop and implement a companywide IT strategy (i.e. systems policies and initiatives) to enhance operational efficiencies and help the company to continue to grow
- Lead strategic initiatives and drive innovation across the IT infrastructure cybersecurity AI technology investments etc.
- Lead/coach/mentor the companys IT team
REQUIREMENTS:
- 15 years of senior management experience in IT
- 8 years of experience with manufacturing IT systems (i.e. MES ERP automation plant floor technologies etc.)
- Must have expertise across IT infrastructure business intelligence cybersecurity AI and application development
- Bachelors degree in computer science computer engineering or a similar field is required
- Masters degree in computer science or computer engineering is preferred
- Strong leadership and project management skills
