The Temp Business Analyst will:
Map current business processes and find inefficiencies bottlenecks and manual work
Recommend process improvements and design future-state workflows
Carry out gap analysis between current and desired capabilities
Analyze root causes of operational issues and propose solutions
Write business requirements user stories and acceptance criteria
Act as the link between business teams IT and vendors
Automate reporting into a single reliable data source and dashboards
Add anomaly alerts forecasts and AI-generated summaries
Education bachelors degree in business or computer science
Requirement in office (no remote)
2-3 years experience in data analytics
Base Salary $30 - $40 hourly
