Seeking a hands-on Java Technology Lead with strong experience in Core Java Spring Boot Spring Cloud Microservices PCF MongoDB Copilot and Angular.
Required Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with Core Java Spring Boot Spring Cloud Microservices PCF MongoDB Copilot and Angular
8-10 years of development experience with strong hands-on coding experience
8-10 years of experience in Core Java Spring Boot and Angular
Experience working as a Technical Lead
Experience designing and developing Microservices in a cloud environment
Strong experience with REST APIs
Working knowledge of PCF
Experience with MongoDB
Exposure to RabbitMQ is a plus
Exposure to Finance / Employee Equity Program domains is preferred
Experience with ATDD
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
Experience with code refactoring and implementation of best practices
Exposure to AI tools and Generative AI
Responsibilities
Lead the technical team and resolve complex technical issues
Develop and deliver high-quality code independently
Troubleshoot issues and provide quick resolutions
Perform requirement analysis and provide suggestions for improvements
Identify requirement gaps and recommend solutions
Create and review High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents
Conduct peer reviews and follow organizational processes
Perform impact analysis and defect analysis
Lead and mentor offshore teams
Provide technical guidance and training to team members
Work effectively in an Agile environment
Follow company and customer processes
Take accountability and ownership of assigned tasks
Drive technical solutions independently and proactively
