Java Spring Developer II

We are seeking an experienced Java Spring Developer II with a strong background in designing developing and deploying enterprise-grade applications. This candidate will utilize the latest Java technologies and AI assistants to quickly determine root cause and apply the correct coding patch to resolve. They will also look to stabilize production applications and improve performance of long running processes.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Design develop and maintain high-performance Java applications.

• Write clean efficient and testable code following best practices.

• Perform code reviews troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.

• Determine root cause of reported incidents

• Apply code fixes where appropriate to the Java and Angular components of our platform

Educational Requirements

• Bachelors Degree Required

• 3 Years Required; 5 Years Preferred

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of professional experience as a Java Developer.
• 2 years of experience with Spring Framework
• 1 years or experience in writing and debugging RESTful APIs
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience using Splunk Dynatrace or other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript React or Angular) is a plus.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Exposure to AI tools like Amazon Q
