Job Title: Java Production Support Engineer
Work Location & Reporting Address: Phoenix Az 85054 ( Hybrid )

Must Have Skills

Develop maintain and enhance applications using Java Spring Boot Spring MVC Hibernate and Microservices architecture.
Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications including incident problem and change management activities.
Analyze application logs troubleshoot production issues perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Development QA Infrastructure and DevOps teams.
Participate in application deployments releases patching activities and post-deployment validations.
Monitor application health performance and availability using monitoring tools.
Work with REST/SOAP APIs web services and distributed systems.
Develop automation scripts using Shell/Python to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to SLA security compliance and operational standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.
