Position: Java Production Support Engineer

Job Description:
MANDATORY SKILLS
Java Spring / Spring Boot: read Java code debug APIs and help fix application defects.
Real L2/L3 production support: own incidents troubleshoot P1/P2 problems and complete root-cause analysis
(RCA).
SQL Unix/Linux: investigate database issues logs shell scripts and failed batch jobs.
Production tools: use monitoring incident tickets and controlled deployment/release processes.
Banking environment: financial services experience is preferred especially mission-critical systems.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Investigate application alerts and production failures; restore service safely.
Trace Java/API errors and SQL or Unix issues; implement or coordinate verified fixes.
Manage support tickets document RCA and prevent recurring incidents
