As a Java Cloud Developer youll play a key role in delivering high-performance cloud-based solutions that support critical banking and financial services applications.

• Design develop and deploy enterprise-scale applications in cloud environments such as GCP AWS or Azure
• Build and enhance scalable microservices architectures using Java and Spring Boot
• Develop and maintain APIs event-driven applications and distributed systems
• Create data-driven solutions utilizing PostgreSQL Azure SQL and BigQuery
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Deploy and manage containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes
• Collaborate closely with business product and engineering stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
• Participate in application modernization and cloud transformation initiatives
• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices across development teams

• 4-7 years of hands-on software development experience
• Proven experience building cloud-native enterprise-grade applications
• Strong understanding of API design and distributed systems
• Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging solutions
• Demonstrated coding expertise with a passion for writing clean maintainable code
• Prior experience within Financial Services is required
• Strong problem-solving collaboration and communication skills

• Experience supporting cloud migration and application modernization programs
• Exposure to Kafka Google Pub/Sub or similar event-streaming technologies
• Agile/Scrum development experience
• Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments
