Janitorial Services Technician NH

Location: Portsmouth NH 03803-0157

Job Type: Part-time

Days: Monday to Friday no weekends and paid holidays

Hours: 8am - 9:30am

Job Duties:

• Clean entrance doors lobbies reception areas hallways offices group rooms kitchens and restrooms.

• Refill toilet paper paper towels soap and other clinic-provided supplies.

• Empty trash and recycling bins replace liners and take cardboard to the dumpster.

• Sweep and mop hard floors using hospital-approved disinfectant. Wax and buff floors as needed.

• Vacuum carpets and floor mats. Steam clean or shampoo carpets as scheduled.

• Clean and disinfect restroom sinks counters toilets and floors along with kitchen counters and sinks.

• Dust and clean desks tables cabinets phones shelves picture frames and light fixtures.

• Clean windows inside and outside blinds and other window coverings.

• Remove wall marks and cobwebs. Dust and vacuum heating and cooling vents.

• Vacuum fabric furniture and wipe down plastic and leather furniture.

• Keep cleaning tools and the supply room neat. Tell your supervisor when supplies are low or repairs are needed.

Requirements & Experience:

• High school diploma
• 1 years of janitorial experience
• Familiar with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Able to perform physical duties including standing reaching lifting and moving objects up to 20 pounds
• OSHA Knowledge
• Must have one year of experience
• The ability to pass a background check.
