Job Summary
Remote Flexible Schedule Training Provided
Were looking for organized dependable individuals to help manage client plans reservations schedules and important details from start to finish.
As an Itinerary Administrator youll support the coordination process by keeping information accurate organizing confirmations communicating updates and making sure each clients plans stay on track. You may also assist with accommodations transportation details activities reservations and other itinerary components as needed.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure research client support and working independently in a remote environment.
Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
- Organizing client itineraries schedules and confirmation details
- Collecting preferences dates and other important information
- Coordinating reservations appointments and timing
- Maintaining accurate client records and notes
- Providing clear updates throughout the planning process
- Following up on outstanding items or requested changes
- Assisting with accommodations transportation activities and related arrangements
- Reviewing details for accuracy and completeness
- Researching options based on client preferences
- Helping ensure plans remain organized from initial coordination through completion
