Detailed Job Description (Roles and Responsibilities):
Lead and manage end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities for multiple projects.
Drive technical delivery ensuring alignment with business goals timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver solutions using Java APIs microservices/microapps and UI/UX principles.
Oversee system performance and monitoring using tools like Dynatrace and Splunk.
Ensure adherence to software design architecture standards and best engineering practices.
Drive CI/CD pipeline adoption and continuous integration/delivery practices.
Manage and coordinate system integration efforts across complex enterprise applications.
Lead and support change management processes ensuring smooth deployments and releases.
Work closely with business stakeholders product owners and architects to define and refine requirements.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments to ensure smooth team delivery.
