Fluent in Microsoft Tools: Excel and PowerPoint (data analysis reporting presentations).
Perform data analytics on part consumption part availability cost to establish strategic order quantities and recommend on-hand quantities.
Ability to work cross functionally with Engineering Production and Supply Chain teams.
Detailed Job Description:
Develop and maintain the Spare Parts strategy for production machines and equipment.
Perform deep dives of machine components (ie: pumps motors drives valves seals cutting tools) to identify OEM Mfg Part numbers
Identify and qualify reliable suppliers and sourcing options for critical spare parts.
Analyze existing procurement processes and work with Supply Chain teams to reduce lead times and prevent downtime.
Support maintenance teams with technical evaluation documentation and engineering insights.
Review machine BOMs maintenance manuals and historical failure data to determine critical spares and stocking levels.
Collaborate with Engineering Production and Maintenance teams to ensure alignment on spare parts requirements and machine reliability goals.
