Who Were Looking for

Were looking for an IT Technician to provide technical support and assistance to users of computer systems and networks within our ideal candidate will be a reliable and detail-oriented problem-solver with a demonstrated ability to prioritize their workload to meet the needs of the business and internal customers. The IT Technician does not have direct reports and will report to the Purchasing/Inventory Control Manager.

What youll be doing:

With the use of digital tools your experience and industry standards you will

• Resolve and track end user software/hardware computer problems and work with end users to identify technology needs that will help streamline their business processes
• Install configure maintain support and troubleshoot peripheral devices such as printers scanners mobile/smart phones related to desktop infrastructure in accordance with department standards
• Analyze design implement and upgrade e-mail systems provide technical assistance to users and troubleshoot as needed
• Provide support for all software changes/updates corrective actions and new application installations
• Participate and assist in educating personnel on computers error and recovery application software usage
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Experience and Education Requirements

• Associates degree in information technology (or related field) or one to two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Dell HP Lenovo or other hardware vendor certifications
